Medical Care, PLLC is a multi-specialty family practice clinic offering services in Family Practice, General Practice, Pediatrics, Gynegology, Internal Medicine, Acute Care, Orthopedics, & Radiology. Our staff of doctors, physician extenders, nurses, technicians and office staff provide the highest level of health care service to the Tri-Cities area. Medical Care is a Level 3 Recognized NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home.
Our team of Professional Medical Providers has the knowledge and experience necessary to provide quality medical care for your entire family. From routine checkups to immunizations to managing chronic illness, our providers are here to help with any medical issue. We accept new patients by walk-in or appointment.
In early 2020, Medical Care added 2 gynecologists; Jeffrey Hinton, MD and Brenda Crowder, MD to our team of healthcare providers. If you have need of gynecological services, please call our Medical Care’s Gynecology department directly

We use a computer-based Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to efficiently store and retrieve patients’ medical records. Records are instantly available to our physicians and extenders at all three of our Tri-Cities locations no matter which office you visit. This system helps us provide the best possible care for our patients.
